2. Information we collect
When you use JobsNonStop.com or sign up for job alerts, we may collect:
- Full name and email address
- Mobile phone number (only when you voluntarily provide it)
- ZIP code and location preferences
- Job category and work-type preferences
- IP address, browser type, and user-agent string
- Referring page or partner site
- The exact consent text you agreed to and a timestamp of that consent
3. How we use your information
- To match you with relevant local and remote job openings
- To send the text and email job alerts you have requested
- To improve match quality and alert relevance

4. SMS messaging and mobile numbers
Providing your mobile phone number is entirely optional. We will only send you SMS messages if you have explicitly checked the SMS consent box when creating your account. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number. You may also unsubscribe at jobsnonstop.com/unsubscribe or by contacting us directly.

5. Sharing with third parties
We may share contact information (excluding mobile numbers and SMS consent data) with vetted job-feed and employment partners solely to display job openings or facilitate applications you initiate. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third-party marketers.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of JobsNonStop LLC or others.
6. Data retention
We retain your account information and consent records for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of four years after your last interaction, to comply with recordkeeping requirements. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to prevent re-messaging.
7. Your rights (CCPA — California residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
